What we collect
Reviews and replies. When you post a review we store your display name, rating, title, review text and, if you choose, your state. These are published. We also store your email address, which is never shown publicly, and a timestamp.
Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Abuse prevention. With every review, reply, vote, report, message or moderator sign-in attempt we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, not the IP address itself. It lets us limit spam and count one "helpful" vote per visitor without knowing who you are.
Location. To pre-select your state on availability maps, our host (Cloudflare) tells your browser which US state your connection appears to come from. We don't store it.
On your device. Your browser remembers which reviews you marked as helpful (local storage). This stays on your device and isn't sent to us. See our cookie policy.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a check in your browser that processes technical signals, such as browser characteristics and your IP address, on Cloudflare's behalf. Cloudflare describes this in its Turnstile privacy addendum and privacy policy.
How we use it
- To publish your review or reply after moderation.
- To contact you about your submission if a moderator needs to, for example to verify a disputed review.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To detect spam, fake reviews, vote manipulation and abuse.
We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for targeted advertising, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers. We don't pass your email address to casinos.
Where it's stored and for how long
Submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which also serves this site and processes standard request logs to deliver pages and block attacks.
Published reviews and replies stay online until you ask us to remove them or we remove them under our review guidelines. We delete rejected submissions and resolved messages once they're no longer needed for moderation or abuse prevention.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, including any review you posted. Use the contact form with the topic "Review removal" or "Other", using the same email address you submitted with so we can confirm the request is yours.
Residents of California and of other states with consumer privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon) have rights to know, access, correct and delete their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, and we'll honor the other requests for any visitor, wherever they live. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Outbound and affiliate links
Links to casino operators take you to third-party sites we don't control, and some are affiliate links (see our advertising disclosure). Once you leave this site, the operator's own privacy policy applies to anything you share with it. The same goes for third-party rating pages we link to, such as Trustpilot and the App Store.
Children's privacy
This site is for adults only (18+, or 21+ where required) and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from minors and will delete it if we learn we have.
Changes and contact
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
