Player Review Guidelines

What makes a good review
- It's based on your own experience with that casino: sign-up, bonuses, purchases, redemptions, games or support.
- It's specific. "My first redemption took 4 days after ID checks" helps more than "great site".
- The star rating matches what you wrote.
- It's recent enough to still be relevant. Mention when something happened if it was a while ago.
What we reject or remove
- Reviews written by, for, or on behalf of a casino, its affiliates or its competitors, and any review offered in exchange for coins, bonuses or payment.
- Duplicate reviews. One review per player per casino; reply to your own review to add an update.
- Links, promo codes, referral codes and advertising.
- Personal information about anyone, including support agents and other players.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content or profanity aimed at people.
- Content that encourages playing from excluded states, using VPNs, multi-accounting or other rule-breaking.
- Reviews by anyone under 18.
Negative reviews are welcome. We don't reject a review because it's critical of a casino, and casinos can't pay to have reviews removed.
How moderation works
Submissions go into a moderation queue and usually appear within a few days. We may contact you at the email you provided (it's never published) if we need to confirm details. Replies and reported reviews go through the same process. We don't edit the wording of reviews: we publish them as written or reject them.
Reporting and disputes
Use the Report button on any review you believe breaks these rules. Casinos that want to respond to a review can post a reply like anyone else, or contact us if they believe a review is fake. To have your own review removed, use our contact form with the email you submitted it with.
Posting a review means you agree to these guidelines and our terms of service.
