Terms of Service

Sweepstakes.us.org is an independent information and comparison resource covering US sweepstakes casinos. We are not a casino operator, we don't run sweepstakes promotions or real-money gambling, and we aren't affiliated with the casinos listed here unless we say so. See About us.

This site, and the casinos it describes, are for adults who meet the minimum age (18+, or 21+ where required) and who are physically located where sweepstakes promotions are permitted. See legal states and responsible gaming.

We research offers, eligible states, ratings and legal developments in good faith, but operators change their terms without notice and laws change quickly. We can't guarantee every detail is current when you read it. Always confirm bonus terms, eligibility and availability on the operator's own site before you play. Third-party ratings (for example Trustpilot) link to their source, and we don't vouch for them beyond what that source publishes. Nothing on this site is legal advice; see our disclaimer.

When you post a review, reply, vote or report, you agree that:

• Your review describes your own, genuine experience with that casino.
• You aren't employed by, paid by or otherwise connected to the casino you review or its competitors, and you weren't offered anything in return for the review.
• Your content doesn't include other people's personal information, links, advertising, threats, harassment or illegal material.
• Your content follows our review guidelines.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on this site and in materials that promote it, and to show your display name with it. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

Every submission is moderated. We may decline, unpublish or remove any submission at our discretion, including content that breaks these terms or the guidelines. Published reviews are the opinions of their authors, not of sweepstakes.us.org.

Don't use automated tools to submit content, vote, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it; don't try to get around rate limits or verification; and don't interfere with the site's security or other visitors' use of it.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you sign up with or buy from an operator. Read how this works, and what it doesn't influence, in our advertising disclosure.

Links to casino operators and third-party platforms take you to sites we don't control. Their own terms govern your use of them.

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any losses arising from your use of this site or from your decision to play at any casino it describes.

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
